Linda -

CNBC is running our story about banks committing fraud during Short Sales and it should air within 2 weeks - thank you to the thousands of agents who responded to our request with experiences!

CNBC is now looking for real estate professionals with the following experience...

If you have been involved (or asked to be involved) in a transaction where the lender (usually in second position) asked for money to be paid OFF HUD and NOT DISCLOSED in order to approve a short sale, and would be willing to discuss the specifics (property address, bank, etc.) please contact us ASAP.

Thank you - and together we can help change the lending industry and short sales for the better!

Regards
