Many investors start slowing down during the Holidays and start back at the New Year.  I have seen this yr after year.  The next 6-7 weeks are the BEST TIME to get great deals because the market dies down (slowwwsss). Last year I was working with an investor Jim  at this time of yr. I was amazed at the deals he got. A few times I thought NO WAY to myself,  We lowed balled several deals and to our surprise he landed a few of them.  Ya never know what the bank is going to do!!! Mortgage rates fall to fresh lows this week

Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said Tuesday the average rate for 30-year fixed loans fell to 4.17 percent from 4.24 percent last week. That's the lowest on records dating back to 1971.
