PHOENIX - A Valley woman is pleading for help after finding out the home she purchased, isn't a home at all.

Clarinda Baylis moved into a Phoenix property in 2011. When she had the City of Phoenix come out to perform a weatherization service, she found out what she purchased wasn't a home.
